The Bachelor’s Nichole Wood shows off her incredible post-baby body

Nichole Wood showed off her incredible post-baby body in a video post on Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old former Bachelor star flaunted her body in a black bra and matching black underwear as she posed in front of her bathroom mirror.

She captioned the post ‘momfidence’, and revealed she was just three weeks postpartum after welcoming her daughter, Bohdi Leigh, last month. 

‘Can’t wait to get back to the gym,’ she wrote, as she she showed off her figure from a variety of angles.

She added: ‘Lost my bum gained some child bearing hips and some boobies.’

Nichole announced Bohdi’s birth on Instagram on November 21, two days after she was born.  

‘Welcome to the world Bohdi Leigh Yard. Little one you were well worth the wait all that extra time to make you this perfect bundle you are!’ she wrote.  

It’s the first child for Nichole, who appeared on last year’s season of The Bachelor, and her on-off boyfriend, Jake Yard.

Just a week out from her due date, Nichole revealed she’d split from her tradie boyfriend.

She described the situation at the time as ‘pretty s**t’ and ‘another f**king level of f**ked up’.

‘Just want to jump on and tell everyone that I’m in this situation and am OK as I can be, and thanks for all the messages,’ she wrote on Instagram.

But they seem to have since reunited, with Nichole sharing a video of Jake on Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

In the video, they sit together in a car, as Nichole zooms in on a quote which reads: ‘Think about something you’re grateful for in your life.’

She then pans the camera around to Jake, who flashes her a smile and says: ‘You’d better be grateful for me.’

Tellingly, Nichole also tagged him the post, with Jake tagging her in posts on his Instagram Stories, too.
