Selena Gomez in a fuzzy beige coat shooting Only Murders In The Building

Selena Gomez was seen on the set of her new film, Only Murders In The Building, on Tuesday morning.

The 28-year-old Rare singer looked cozy in a fuzzy, double-breasted fake fur beige coat as she walked down a New York City street with a pea green face mask on.

Also on set on the chilly morning were her two male co-stars: 70-year-old Martin Short of Three Amigos fame as well as 75-year-old Steve Martin of the films Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Father Of The Bride.

Under her coat she wore autumnal colors.

There was a banana yellow top and a pair of grandpa plaid slacks that had a generous boot cut. The Look At Me Now crooner added heavy duty brown lace up military boots.

And the Vogue cover star was also seen with a print T-shirt, dark slacks and dark brown platform boots as she walked Short who had on a dark coat and scarf.

Steve was in a dark jacket with jeans, brown shoes and a face shield in place as the former SNL star was with a handler.

In addition to Steve and Martin, her other co-star in the Hulu comedy is Aaron Dominguez.

The project follows three strangers (Martin, Short and Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one, according to Deadline.

The show is co-created and written by Martin and John Hoffman based on an idea by Martin.

This sighting comes after Gomez said she wants to see more ‘men championing women.’

The actress has said she loves how ‘supportive’ women can be toward one another, but is desperate to see more men helping to ‘lift up’ the women in their lives.

Speaking at the virtual Teen Vogue Summit, she said: ‘I love how supportive women can be of other women and lift each other up.

‘And now these young girls can look up to women more than ever with our vice president, with people like Stacey Abrams, all of these women that truly are breaking the mold and they’re doing things that are incredible …

‘If anything, I would love to see men championing women more. I’m believing that this place of all these women just supporting each other is great, but we also need some support from men.’

Selena’s call for more support from men comes as she recently said she’s on the lookout for a ‘funny’ boyfriend, as she loves a man who can make her laugh.

When asked what she looks for in a guy, the ‘Lose You to Love Me’ singer – who has previously dated Bieber and The Weeknd – said: ‘Funny does it for me – you just have to be funny. While I like a guy who is confident in himself, I really dislike arrogance.’

However, Selena insisted she is ‘totally cool’ with being single because there are so many good things about being alone in her late 20s.

Come on men! This sighting comes after Gomez said she wants to see more ‘men championing women’. The actress has said she loves how ‘supportive’ women can be toward one another, but is desperate to see more men helping to ‘lift up’ the women in their lives

She said: ‘I am single – and I’m totally cool with that. There are a lot of positives to being single and it’s about enjoying them when you’re in that stage of life.’

And the actress ruled out the idea of turning to dating apps to find love when she’s ready. She said: ‘I’m sure [Raya] works for some people but I can’t see that happening.’

Gomez also said this month she thinks talking about her mental health has given her a ‘sense of freedom’.

The beauty is determined to help normalize conversations about mental health issues, and Selena admits that discussing her own experiences has been beneficial.

The pop star – who was previously diagnosed with anxiety and depression – shared: ‘I think it’s less scary when you talk about it. So, that’s some sense of freedom that I gained once I did. I think I had a moment where I felt different, like, ‘Why do I react this way?’ ‘Why do I feel the way I do and nobody else does?’ and I had to figure that out.

‘I think my journey personally has been all about my timing – when I felt like it was working and that’s when I suddenly became so obsessed with making sure that everybody I knew understood that sharing your emotions were great.’

Selena started working with therapists in her early 20s, and she thinks it’s transformed her life. The brunette beauty told the virtual Teen Vogue Summit: ‘I’m a huge advocate for therapy … I think it’s such a normal thing, especially nowadays there’s no way that people aren’t feeling a certain way, whether they’re figuring that out on their own or not, we all need each other.’

Meanwhile, Selena also thinks it’s important she surrounds herself with people who are willing to challenge her. The Wolves hitmaker explained: ”Why do you want to do the things that you’re doing? Are you going to be able to show up for those things? Are you patient with yourself?’ There are so many questions that you have to ask yourself. But at the same time, it’s equally as important to surround yourself with people who are the ones that are challenging you, the ones that are believing in you. There’s a lot of people, even to this day that say “no” to me.’
