‘I train with a PT twice a week, then I’ll do a cycle class once or twice a week and then I walk. I’ll go into the forest and walk and connect with nature,’ she said.

Mishel explained that she likes to keep her workouts playful, which has the benefit of keeping her motivated and engaged.

The reality star went on to say she’s completely overhauled her diet, with the main rule being avoiding processed foods.

‘I’ve eliminated everything processed and refined and I just eat pure food. I only eat fruit, vegetables and meat – that’s it,’ she said.

‘I have my coffee in the morning. I don’t eat my first meal until 11am, but I might have a banana or berries before I have lunch.’

Mishel said she usually eats cabbage salad, salmon and herbs for lunch, and then typically has meat with capsicum or cucumber for dinner.

Back in June, Mishel told the Courier Mail that her goal was to lose 13kg before her 50th birthday in December.

She blamed her weight gain on filming Married At First Sight, which she says disrupted her schedule due to the late nights of filming.

‘I didn’t realise how sedentary I had become,’ she said.

‘We were eating at 2am, eating meat pies. You don’t get time to have a proper diet, and the people who can support you, you’re not allowed to talk to.

‘I never really liked chocolate, but I went to Haig’s and I went into my room and I would hide under the quilt where there’s no microphones and just eat chocolate. It was just a really sad existence.’
