‘I probably wouldn’t have the Scotch’: Cameron Daddo admits he’d like to redo his wedding to Alison Brahe as they celebrate their 29th anniversary
Cameron Daddo has confessed that he’d redo his 1991 wedding to model Alison Brahe if given the chance.
Speaking on the couple’s podcast, Separate Bathrooms – and Other Handy Marriage Tips, on Monday, the 55-year-old actor admitted that he has a few regrets.
His comments came on the couple’s 29th wedding anniversary, with Alison, 51, asking her husband if he’d ‘do it differently or just have it again’.

‘Oh, I probably wouldn’t have the Scotch I had before we did it,’ he confessed.
Alison then asked if he would also choose to shave the second time around, and he laughed and admitted he would.
‘I was a little nervous. Um… yeah, just to experience that, maybe be a little more present then I was, I feel like,’ he continued.

‘Yeah I was very carried away with the moment that day.’
The Home and Away star also paid tribute to his wife in a post on Instagram, sharing a photo from their wedding, and also recreating the moment more recently.
‘Twenty-Nine years!! Thank you my love @alidaddo… here’s to having a sense of frickin’ humour, a big wise beating heart and a whole smashing dollop of curious!’ he wrote.

‘I [heart, heart, heart] you. And thank the heavens for our three champion kids who’ve made the ride even more special!’
Meanwhile, Alison wrote: ‘Happy Anniversary @camerondaddo. Thank you for an incredible ride so far. Here’s to another 29 years. Love you so.’
Last year, Cameron confessed that he’d previously cheated on Alison, blaming alcohol for his infidelity.

He admitted in a blog post in March 2019 that he had cheated on his wife of almost 30 years early on in their marriage.
‘There were reasons how I got into that place. And a lot of it was alcohol and being alone, feeling really lonely and being literally oceans away from my partner,’ he said.
Cameron said that he and Alison both had counselling to repair their marriage, and that the experience ultimately became something they could grow from.
