Four years after he revealed he was dating his best mate’s ex-wife, Garry Lyon has listed the couple’s Melbourne $3.3 million lovenest for sale.
Lyon and Nicky Brownless, who have lived in the Armadale home since 2018, put the property on the market last month.
According to Realestate.com.au, the four-bedroom house is ‘a beautifully renovated period home’ in a ‘prestigious pocket’ of Melbourne.

The publication cited CoreLogic figures proved the couple bought the pad for $3.18m in mid-2018.
Lyon, the former captain of the Melbourne Football Club, and girlfriend Nicky’s two-storey abode features sleek interiors.
The home has a modern kitchen with granite benches, multiple living areas and its master bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
It’s set to go under the hammer on Saturday, December 12.

The AFL great-turned-media identity and his high-profile partner have remained quite private with their romance since going public in 2016.
In March 2016, Billy Brownless opened up about the toll the affair has had on his family, saying ‘a good mate wouldn’t do that’ and believed the secret relationship could have been going on for up to four years.
‘I couldn’t believe it. I found out three or four months ago. I asked Garry and Nicky earlier on what is going on and they said they were just good friends. That’s what hurts the most,’ Brownless told the Footy Show at the time.
‘By law it’s legal. Morally it’s wrong. We all know our rights and wrong. You don’t touch a man’s wallet, you don’t touch his wife.’
Lyon said his relationship with Brownless being forced into the media spotlight has been ‘a lot to deal with,’ especially after his separation from ex-wife Melissa.

In September, Billy Brownless revealed the dust had finally settled from his spat with Lyon after he ran off with his wife and moved in with his children.
Brownless was at the time emotional over the messy family feud, but given a few years to heal he revealed on the You Cannot Be Serious podcast that he was in a ‘good spot’ with both his ex-wife and Lyon – while admitting the process of reconciliation had ‘taken time’.
Brownless admitted it was a ‘shame’ the fallout had occurred given how close he was to his friend, Lyon.
