Francesca Packer ‘abruptly’ ends her friendship with publicist Roxy Jacenko

Francesca Packer celebrated her 26th birthday surrounded by a bevy of friends and family last weekend. 

But when the billionaire heiress’s former publicist and confidante Roxy, 40, Jacenko failed to attend, eyebrows were raised. 

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Francesca and Roxy ‘recently abruptly parted company, both professionally and personally’.   

Francesca, who is the granddaughter of late media mogul Kerry Packer, hired Roxy as to handle her growing media profile in 2014. 

The pair, who share a mutual love for designer handbags and expensive cars, quickly became inseparable.  

In 2015, the glamorous pals famously made a splash at Paris Fashion Week as they attended the Louis Vuitton show together.   

Roxy even revealed that she wanted Francesca to be her bridesmaid, after her husband Oliver Curtis proposed for a second time in 2017. 

‘If there’s a second wedding, Francesca will definitely be [a bridesmaid],’ Roxy told Yahoo Lifestyle at the 2017 Derby Day held in Melbourne.

‘It’s funny, she started as a client and she’s become an amazing friend,’ she cooed.  

Just last year, Roxy and Oliver were front and centre at Francesca’s 25th dinner party celebrations in Sydney. 

It comes as Roxy recovers from her recent falling out with former friend and client Candice Warner. 

Roxy ended their friendship acrimoniously after Candice punched her continuously as part of a challenge on SAS Australia in July.
