How I Met Your Mother alum Cobie Smulders and her husband Taran Killam looked happy in love as they decorated their home for the holidays on Monday afternoon. 

Before hanging a string of rainbow lights on their roofline, the actress shared a kiss with her spouse, who she shares her daughters Shaelyn, 11, and Janita, five.

The duo, both 38, worked as a team to untangle their festive furnishings, while Killam climbed a ladder to spread the Christmas cheer for their neighbors in Los Angeles.

As they transformed their property into a winter wonderland, the pair kept their ensembles casual and didn’t appear to have any additional assistance in decorating. 

Smulders, whose crime drama Stumptown was recently cancelled by ABC due to the COVID-19 pandemic, wore a long sleeve grey shirt and light-wash jeans. 

Meanwhile, the Single Parents star sported a navy baseball cap and a hoodie, which displayed a number of Zoom calls all over it.

On September 16, it was revealed that Stumptown would be no more, even though they had an agreement to start filming season two. 

A source told Deadline that ‘timing and scheduling needs’ on top of the pandemic were the reasons the network decided not be move forward as planned.

At the time of the call, the high-end production had no firm start date, though the expensive show was looking at serious budget increases due to COVID.

The drama was based on a graphic novel about private investigator Dex Parios, played by Smulders.

Despite ABC Signature’s decision to cancel, they were reportedly going to help the show shop around and find a new home.

Taran, who was was a popular cast member of comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live from 2010 until 2016, has recently been spotted filming American Crime Story: Impeachment.
