Big Brother alums Christmas Abbott and Memphis Garrett are dating and ‘excited for the future’

They both starred on the highly watched 22nd season of Big Brother: All-Stars on CBS.

And less than two-months after the series’ finale, contestants Christmas Abbott, 38, and Memphis Garrett, 37, came forward to announce that they are officially dating and ‘excited for the future.’

‘My favorite trait about Memphis is that he understands and knows exactly who I am,’ gushed Christmas, who spoke to E! News about the relationship with her new man on Tuesday. 

She explained to the outlet that Memphis ‘sees’ her and makes her feel as if she can grow and change as a person without judgement. 

‘He appreciates me for me and not who he thinks I should be, or who I have been in the past. He feels like my home.’

Discussing Memphis’ personal attributes, Christmas aded that she ‘loves his wild, unapologetic self’ and that ‘he is who he is.’

Chiming in, Memphis gushed that the list of positive traits in Christmas ‘could go on for days.’ 

‘But her contagious smile, unapologetic laugh and authenticity are just a few traits I love.’

For their big Instagram reveal, the couple uploaded their favorite photos with one another and proudly voiced their happiness.

‘Sometime people come into your life and you know they just belong. We tried to fight it but fate had its own plan. Excited for the future,’ wrote Memphis, who boasts over 25,000 followers on the platform.

For his photo of choice, the blonde hunk chose one of him and Abbott enjoying a cozy drink together.

Sharing three photos with her nearly 700,000 followers, Christmas wrote that ‘Love is not found, it’s built.’

Abbott also decided to share the cozy bar photo, as well as a snapshot of the pair enjoying a ride in a golf cart.

But the sweetest snap showed the loved-up duo posing next to one another on a beach as they wind blew through their hair.

Continuing the love fest, Christmas decided to upload the photos of her with Memphis to her Instagram Story, as well.

She added: ‘The questions can be complicated but the answers are simple. Love always wins.’ 

Prior to unveiling her romance with Memphis, Christmas shared a positive message with her following pertaining to how much she ‘appreciates all in [her] life.’

‘2020 your were a doozie for so many reasons, but the best thing I am taking out of you is how much I love my family and appreciate all in my life,’ she wrote.

In the couple’s candid interview with E! News, Christmas admitted that she really did not expect to find love on Big Brother.

‘I really didn’t think that it would happen for me. I wasn’t looking for a relationship, I was there to WIN,’ she stressed.

‘It’s so wild to have this experience because we reverse engineered how society promotes falling in love. Memphis and I got to know one another through real conversations, building trust with each other and not starting with a physical connection. That’s a rare thing.’

Agreeing with Christmas, Memphis said that ‘never in [his] mind would [he ever think ‘he’ would find love thanks to the Big Brother house, but sometimes fate has other plans.’

During their stint on the 22nd season of Big Brother: All-Stars, which premiered over the summer, Christmas came in fourth place, while her man Memphis came in fifth.

Abbott shares two-year-old son Loyal Atticus with ex Benjamin Bunn, who is described as a Crossfit athlete and an established gym owner in Florida.
