Bob Barker’s The Price Is Right episodes will have their very own TV channel on Pluto TV starting December 1
Fans of the Bob Barker era of the classic CBS game show The Price Is Right will be able to revisit every episode on Pluto TV.
Pluto TV announced on Monday that a new channel dubbed The Price Is Right: The Barker Era will debut on Tuesday, December 1.
The Barker Era channel will air ‘hundreds of episodes from the 1980s’ hosted by Barker, which have not been on television since their original air date.

Among the episodes that will be rolled out on the channel include the first episode with the iconic Plinko pricing game, along with a rare double Showcase winner.
There are also a number of games from the Barker Era featured in these episodes that are still used today, including Hole In One, Cliff Hangers, and Range Game.
Later in December, closer to the holiday season, a selection of ‘seasonally-inspired episodes’ will air on Christmas Eve.

‘These iconic game shows have not been televised in 40 years, and Pluto TV is thrilled to be the exclusive home of these classics, as they bring our viewers back in time to a treasured era of television,’ she added.

Barker was host of The Price Is Right from 1972 to 2007, during which he won 19 Daytime Emmy Awards, plus an Emmy Award for Lifetime Achievement in 1999.

Barker was also a lifelong animal rights activist, who reminded viewers at the end of every Price Is Right episode to, ‘help control the pet population, have your pets spayed or neutered.’
Barker was replaced by comedian Drew Carrey, who has hosted the daytime talk show since 2007.
The Price Is Right is believed to be still the longest-running game show in television history.
