The man is seen in a high-vis jacket and with headphones in as he starts to feel the beat outside a terraced house in Stratford, East London.
Footage shows the street cleaner picking up litter while dancing to the music during a 20-second routine at 7am on Friday.

The cleaner was seen to clap and shuffle along the pavement during the impromptu performance to an upbeat tune on the cloudy Friday morning.
The video then shows the man collecting rubbish from outside houses before piling it into a bin trolley and wheeling it out of camera shot.
Homeowner Mo Chowdhury, 34, came across the dancing cleaner while reviewing his doorbell footage.

Mr Chowdhury revealed how the impromptu performance took place at around 7am on Friday 27 November and put a smile on his face.
The law firm concierge said: ‘He’s very good! Hopefully he might be famous one day. I thought it was nice.
‘There’s a lot of cleaners, but this is the first one who has shown any skills like this!’
