In a separate post, the reality star, who was previously diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, said she’s struggled with bloating for years.

The media personality explained: ‘Literally sick to my stomach of having gut issues. It’s been ongoing for years and it’s driving me mad.

‘I wish someone would just be able to stick a camera in there and see what the deal is. Give me a tummy replacement or something. It’s so uncomfortable.’ (sic)

Earlier this year, Alexandra exclusively told MailOnline that she never has days when she doesn’t want to get out of bed and exercise.

The TV star insisted ‘exercise is an absolute must’ as she discussed staying motivated during the coronavirus lockdown and her new Summer Shred fitness programme.

While some may have found it easy to reach for the snacks and have days bingeing Netflix while in isolation, the brunette, who dropped from 11 stone down to nine, revealed that would never be the case for her.

When asked if she lets her standards slip on occasion, the media personality confidently replied: ‘Nope! I don’t have days like that!

‘I can’t, because then I know that I’ll go back into those same habits that I used to have. Everyday I know how exercise makes me feel and it makes me feel so amazing, I almost crave it.

‘Every morning I’m like ‘I must do something!’ I always set myself challenges and then I know I can relax. I don’t really watch TV, I read books, self-improvement books.

‘I do a lot of research, I’m currently studying at the moment, I do charity work, just things that make me feel good really.’
