And the Dawson’s Creek star is preparing to spend their first holiday together, ahead of Thanksgiving this week.
She cozied up to her new beau Wednesday in an autumn chic look, as they took a romantic stroll through New York City, buying several dozen flowers during their outing.

The 41-year-old kept warm in a black peacoat and a matching newsboy cap, with her gorgeous wavy brown hair cascading down her shoulders.
She locked arms with Vitolo Jr, 33, who looked classy in a charcoal overcoat, over a grey v-neck and dark grey jeans.
Holmes later took to her Instagram with a throwback from the set of her 2003 dramatic comedy Pieces of April, in which she played a rebellious young woman attempting to make Thanksgiving dinner for her dysfunctional family.
She wrote: ‘I always think of filming PIECES OF APRIL this time of year… it was such a blessing to work with such a beautiful cast and crew happy thanksgiving!!!!!’

According to ET Online, Holmes might be skipping Thanksgiving with her own family in Ohio this year, but she’s already met Vitolo Jr’s brood.
An insider said: ‘Katie is very close with her siblings and parents. Her family would love him, he’s hard-working, a big family man, and he makes her so happy.’
The Teaching Mrs. Tingle actress has also been enjoying some quality family time with daughter Suri, 14, during quarantine.
She recently wrote in her cover story for Vogue Australia: ‘To live for a moment in time without the pressure of results and instead appreciate the natural rhythms of mother and daughter was the most precious gift.’
Although Holmes didn’t mention her whirlwind romance, Vitolo Jr reportedly posted the November cover to his Instagram Story, cheering on his girlfriend: ‘Yazzz baby.’

She and the restauranteur were first romantically linked in September, when they were spotted on a dinner date in SoHo.
The couple seems to be joined at the hip, as they’ve since put their love on display with some hand holding and kissing around the city.
A source told Us Weekly last month: ‘Emilio and Katie act like young teens in love when they are together.
‘Emilio lights up when she enters his restaurant and they kiss and hug like they haven’t seen each other in forever, but really they see each other almost every day.’
They added: ‘Emilio is into Katie. Whenever he’s asked about her, he blushes and smiles. They are always laughing when they’re together.
‘It’s constant smiles and loving looks between them and Emilio’s friends more than approve of Katie. They think she’s so great for him.’
