Armie Hammer keeps his shirt unbuttoned as he steps out in Los Angeles

Armie Hammer was spotted on a walk with his dog Archie in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The J. Edgar actor, 34,  was spotted wearing a partially unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt on top of a set of khaki shorts, along with a pair of camouflage strap two-strap sandals.

To keep himself safe from the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, the actor wore a green bandanna around his face for his walk. 

The stroll comes amid the news that Hammer and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers are finalizing the terms of their divorce.

While the initial separation between the two was presented as being amicable, the former couple are now reportedly in the middle of a custody battle over their two children, five-year-old Harper Grace and three-year-old Ford Douglas.

Hammer requested joint custody of the children in October amid reports that the children were staying in the Cayman Islands with their mother, where the actor spent part of his childhood, in an effort to circumvent the global pandemic. 

While the Nocturnal Animals actor requested that the children should return to Los Angeles, Chambers’ lawyers reportedly said that the actor should visit his children at their current location, noting that the children were enrolled in an in-person school. 

The two were said to have attended couples therapy and quarantined together during the beginning of the pandemic with their children in the Cayman Islands.

The couple finally called it quits in July, with both of them posting identical announcements to each of their Instagram accounts.

The Call Me By Your Name actor has been seen with actress Rumer Willis, writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, and app developer Courtney Vucekovich since his split.
