‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ she said in July last year, adding that she plays for two hours, twice a week.

‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, “Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left!” Usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet fairly relaxed, but always has a healthy dinner.

Speaking about her day on a plate, Rebecca said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ she said. ‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!

‘Dinner I usually will have meat or fish and vegetables which Chris and I both love.’

Rebecca also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which is no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.
