Jersey Shore’s JWoww and Angelina Pivarnick verbally spar while discussing the wedding drama

There’s never a shortage of drama when it comes to the Jersey Shore.

And Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley unleashed fury on Angelina Pivarnick during a live interview with most of the cast on SiriusXM’s The Jenny McCarthy Show which aired on Wednesday.

JWoww, Snooki and Deena notoriously roasted Angelina in front of camera crews and her entire wedding party during an episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which received such negative feedback that Snooki reportedly left the show.

The trio ruined her wedding with a disastrous bridesmaid speech by calling Angelina the ‘fly’ to their ‘s***,’ bashing Staten Island and joking about Pivarnick’s previous engagements.

After the wedding, the women reportedly received heavy social media backlash which caused Snooki to leave the show after more than a decade, but Farley claimed Angelina wanted to be roasted all along. 

‘You can’t be hypocritical,’ JWoww said to Angelina. ‘Now it’s like, “Even though I told you and gave you that permission to do this, now I’m mad that you did it,”‘

‘How fair is that to us? And we even immediately, after the wedding said, “Sorry, I’m so sorry that that got taken the wrong way.”‘

Jenny went on to reveal that she was ‘hysterically crying’ to the president of MTV and was hyperventilating after the roasting took a turn at the wedding.  

‘She saw it all and she chose to turn a blind eye and that’s fine. It was her wedding day. We just wanted her to enjoy her moment. But for it to go the way that it did for like six to nine months after and how many things were affected — my best friend isn’t even on the show because of it. And that hurts. It still hurts.’

Snooki announced she was leaving the show earlier this year when filming came to a halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic 

‘She always had one foot basically out the door,’ Angelina claimed. ‘I’m not talking negative about her. Honestly. I haven’t even seen her. Like I said, I would like to sit down with her, but she’s like, “I’m not going back cause Angelina.”‘ 

Shortly after the wedding, Angelina’s manager released audio from the wedding which brought an onslaught of criticism to Snooki, Deena and JWoww on various social media platforms.  

‘If you would’ve let it play out for the TV to see nine months later, none of this would have happened. But because you chose to feed into it and say that you needed a wedding redo and all this bulls*** … you pre-ejaculated over all this s*** and it backfired,’ JWoww said.

‘And you got upset because it backfired because the fans truly got to see that there was no ill will, and there was no bad intention. You took it to a level that just backfired. And then you got bitter because it did backfire. And you are the one that canceled your social media. When you got to see nine months of us getting dragged.’

Jersey Shore first aired on MTV in 2009 and aired until 2012. The show received multiple spin-offs and was revived for Family Vacations in 2018.
