Nikki Bella doubles up the wine during 37th birthday celebrations with twin sister Brie

She just became a mom for the first time.

And Nikki Bella enjoyed some well deserved relaxation time while celebrating her 37th birthday during a getaway to Wine Country with twin sister Brie and their inner circle this weekend.

The WWE Diva/reality star let loose while marking the occasion in Napa, Calfornia, throwing her hands up and rejoicing while carrying two bottles of her and Brie’s Bonita Bonita Wine above her head all while prepping for the long weekend with her  maternity-perfect pumping bra.

‘This is 37!’ Nikki captioned the shot, adding an emoji of a white heart.

Talking about her birthday vacation, she said: ‘lol It’s been nice being off the grid, spending the time with family and good friends.’

‘I have enjoyed all of your beautiful birthday messages!’ Nikki went on to tell fans, adding, ‘Thank you for making this Mamacita feel so so special!’

In pics from the trip Nikki and Brie are seen sandwiching a friend with cuddles while holding onto glasses from Napa’s Patland Estate Vineyards.

While Nikki went with a sizzling silver tone, slipping into a silk slip with a matching off-the-shoulder cardigan, Brie opted for an army green dress with tiered ruffles.

She also sent a special message to fiance Artem Chigvintsev, who she has been living apart from, writing: ‘Missed you lots my A @theartemc.’

The couple – who recently welcomed their first son, Matteo – have been struggling to cope with the time spent apart from one another whilst Artem has been at work as a professional dancer on the long-running hit competition show.

And to help them get back on track, Nikki said they plan on opening up a line of communication between them in a therapeutic forum.

Talking to Us Weekly, she said: ‘I would be lying to say, “Oh, it’s great.” It has definitely been a struggle for us. It’s hard. We have so many ups and downs. 

‘It’s been so difficult on our relationship because I need so much from him, but he’s, like, torn between his job that requires so much from him and then us at home.’ 

The former professional wrestler previously opened up on experiencing post-postpartum depression after the birth of Matteo in late July, and added it was important for her to talk to Artem about her struggle, so she didn’t feel so alone.

She added: ‘I just told him, like, “I need more attention from you,” and that is something we’ve worked on, and that’s gotten better.
