Former Married At First Sight star Carly Bowyer has not been shy in sharing her pregnancy journey.
And on Tuesday, the 34-year-old showed off the lighter side of being with child while having a snack during the day.
Taking to Instagram, Carly used her blossoming baby bump as a table while digging into a cake in the sunshine.

‘The bump can be helpful after all!!’ she wrote under the comedic photo.
She then asked: ‘Does anyone have any interesting/funny ways that their bump has helped or hindered them?? (No judgement here!)’
Carly showed off her bump in a blue floral dress which she paired with semi-square sunglasses. She wore her caramel tresses down.

Carly is expecting her first child with partner, Neil Goldsmith. She gave a brutally honest glimpse of her pregnancy so far on Monday.
‘Pictured here with dirty hair, no makeup to hide my melasma, wearing activewear, and smiling even though I sometimes don’t want to! (Hello hormones!),’ she wrote.
The brunette revealed she now has to wear a pelvic support band because of PGP (pelvic girdle pain) and struggles to walk or sit for long without experiencing pain.
‘The list goes on!’ The former reality star also told her followers, ‘Oh and did I mention that I wee 30 times a day, and am uncomfortable and exhausted 24/7?’

Carly, who is based in Melbourne, said the ‘toughest part’ of her journey has been not seeing her family in South Australia due to the pandemic.
Despite this, the mother-to-be said she ‘counts her blessings every day’.

‘I’ve definitely been lucky compared to some, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat for our boy,’ she said.
Carly added that it’s important to share ‘all sides’ of her pregnancy on social media, particularly for other pregnant women.
‘Try not to compare yourself because it’s not always glamorous or a beautiful experience like you often see on social media,’ she wrote.
