Ana de Armas returns to her hotel solo… after reuniting with beau Ben Affleck on set of Deep Water

She was seen admiring a ring on her wedding finger as she and beau Ben Affleck, 48, filmed scenes for their upcoming erotic thriller Deep Water on Friday.

But Ana de Armas put engagement rumors to rest when she returned to her hotel in New Orleans WITHOUT the prop rock on her finger that evening.

The actress, 32, clearly tired after a long day of filming, had a hot coffee in one hand and her beloved dog Elvis in the other.

Ana’s brunette hair was tied up into a messy bun and she kept her mouth and nose concealed behind a medical grade face mask.

Due to the chilly temps, the Cuban beauty had on a stylish insulated coat that came in a metallic silver shade.

She layered the statement piece over a grey wool cardigan and a plain black tee.

To complete her off duty ensemble, Ana slipped on some faux leather trousers and a pair of white trainers.

After being dropped off at the hotel in a black SUV, she eagerly made her way towards the front doors.

But, unfortunately, Ana was forced to stay in the cold a little longer in order for Elvis to take care of business. 

Earlier in the day, Ana and Ben were pictured together for the first time in over a month, quashing any hint of a rumor they might have split. 

In exclusive photos obtained by Dailymail.com, Ben tenderly kissed Ana as she sat on a railing during a brief break from shooting Deep Water. 

During their affectionate hang out, Ana kept admiring a large diamond ring on her manicured left hand. 

At the time, it was not known whether or not the ring was a prop or a sign that the the couple had gotten engaged.

In Deep Water, Ana and Ben happen to play a married couple, so the ring on Ana’s infamous fourth finger was necessary for the film’s reshoots. 

The Adrian Lyne directed movie follows the story of a wealthy husband who allows his wife to have affairs in order to avoid a divorce and becomes a prime suspect in the disappearance of her lovers.

The couple haven’t been seen together in a number of weeks and it’s been nearly three months since they were last spotted being affectionate publicly.

When the cameras weren’t rolling, the couple flirted and kissed on the porch of a Louisiana mansion, completely wrapped up in one another.

Ben beamed as Ana gazed at her left hand which she had placed on the actor’s chest to get a good look at the diamond rock.

Ana was dressed in a beige chunky knit sweater and jeans with her dark locks pulled up in a bun.

The Argo star kept it simple in a black sweater and dark pants and chugged on a Diet Coke while also enjoying a cigarette on the break during filming.

Ana and Ben were last seen publicly together on October 15 in Los Angeles; he greeted her with a smile but did not share any PDA.

Prior to that, the duo were last seen August 20 during a flirty shopping trip to Nick Fouquet boutique in Venice Beach, California; this is the last time they showed affection publicly.

Since going public with their relationship earlier this year, after meeting on the set of Deep Water in November 2019, the couple were frequently pictured enjoying strolls around Los Angeles on dog walks or grabbing coffee together amid the coronavirus lockdown.

In August they sparked rumors they were moving in together as it appeared the actress was moving her belongings into the father-of-three’s home in Brentwood.

Most recently Ana has been spending time in New York while Ben stays back in Los Angeles where his kids are.

Ben shares three children, daughters Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11, and son Samuel, eight, with ex wife Jennifer Garner, 48.
