Samantha Jade shimmers in a metallic crop top and slim-fit gold trousers for new music video

Samantha Jade has been hard at work recording her new album which is yet to drop.

And on Friday, the Australian pop singer dropped her new single, New Boy, alongside a glitzy new music video.

In the clip, the 33-year-old commands attention in a metallic-coloured crop top and slim-fit gold trousers. 

She completed her dazzling look in a matching choker around her neck and wore her long blonde tresses out.

The music video begins with Samantha sitting on a couch swiping Bumble profiles on her phone before finding a match. 

Samantha is then seen flaunting her incredible physique, surrounded by a group of hunky male dancers. 

Samantha’s new song is about the spark that comes from new beginnings, whether that’s taking the leap with a new love, pursuing a career change or stepping into that next chapter. 

It seems the petite diva also had summer in mind when writing New Boy. 

‘All I could see when I was writing it was people on the beach dancing, or putting it on in the car, hair blowing out of the window and all,’ Samantha exclusively told Daily Mail Australia.

Samantha teamed up with UK songwriter Carmen Reece for the track, having previously collaborated with her on singles, Always and Shake That.  

New Boy is the fourth single from Samantha’s as-yet-untitled new album.

Previously speaking of her forthcoming record, Samantha told Star Observer: ‘It’s more about listening to my fanbase and myself.

‘Just going, “What do my fans like to hear from me?” and I’ve kind of gone back to a sound that I was inspired by.’
