MAFS star Aleks Markovic shows off her glamorous new look

She’s undergone a glamorous celebrity makeover since appearing on Married At First Sight earlier this year.

And earlier this week, Aleks Markovic showed off her dramatic new look by posting a stunning selfie to social media.

In the image, the 27-year-old showed off her plump pout and taut features.

Her makeup was perfectly applied and she styled her hair in a unique, split plait that featured an extension.

Fans showered the reality star with praise and flooded the comments section with flame emojis.

However, Aleks did receive some criticism, with one troll criticising the size of her lips.

‘Was she stung by a bee or had an allergic reaction to something?’ they asked, before adding: ‘Those lips.’

Not one to hold her tongue, Aleks shot back: ‘Typical Karen you’re soooo funny.’

In a bid to capitalise on her reality TV fame, Aleks recently launched her own line of lipsticks.

‘I was constantly asked by friends what beauty products I was wearing, in particular what lipsticks I had on,’ she recently told The Wash.

‘So I decided to launch my own lipstick line with all the colours that I love,’ she told the website.’

Aleks went on to explain that she wasn’t happy with the matte formulas on the market already. 

‘I was just fed up with those matte-style lipsticks that look quite cakey. I wanted to create a product that was moisturising and long-lasting.

‘That I could eat and drink with, go out in and it’d still stay fresh, with the colour strong enough to stay on the lips all day or night,’ she said.

The makeup line is cruelty-free, affordable and Australian-made, she told the publication – and so far, people are loving it, she says.

‘I haven’t had any negative feedback yet it’s all been really positive!’ Aleks said.
