Ariel Winter offloads $2.8m Studio City farmhouse to snag $3.5m spot in the same neighborhood

Ariel Winter is leveling up her housing situation in the celeb-beloved LA enclave of Studio City.

The Modern Family darling, 22, recently traded her $2.81million farmhouse in the San Fernando Valley for a slightly more spendy $3.5million spot just neighborhoods away, according to Variety.

But Ariel’s original digs are nothing to scoff at, as the five bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom above spans over a stylish 5089 square feet and features a games lounge, walk-in closets, and ample privacy courtesy of its tall, all-encompassing hedges.

Moving on up: Ariel has upgraded from one lavish Studio City home to another. She’s seen out and about in Studio City while running errands with ber boyfriend Luke Benward on Wednesday

Still, it’s unlikely she turned much of a profit for the property, which she originally picked it up, newly built, three-and-a-half years ago a bit under $2.7million.

Ariel’s former abode is fit for the VIP set, hidden behind tall shrubbery and prepped with an ultra-secure, eight-camera home security system.

Residents and visitors are welcomed into the spot through a stunning courtyard and into a foyer with impressive double-high ceilings.

From there, you can transition into the formal living room which is home to a fireplace and a flow of natural lighting via wide windows supported by coffered ceilings.

Out back, residents can find a long, rectangular pool and soothing spa framed by an intricate inlay of diamond-shaped lawn pavers, a built-in grill and plenty of space for lounge chairs – all hidden behind high hedges.

Ariel’s home was listed by Matt Epstein of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. The buyer was represented by Duk Hoon Chang of New Star Realty & Investment.

The star has already snagged a new home in the same neighborhood. The 5,400-square-foot modern farmhouse-style is a bit larger with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also boasts a poolside guesthouse with its own bathroom.

Winter has been in the real estate game for much longer than most 20-somethings. She sold a Sherman Oaks home in 2017 for $1.525million, earning just a hint more than the $1.575million she bought it for the year before.

She is said to be worth $12million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com.
