Former Married At First Sight star Carly Bowyer is counting down the weeks until she welcomes her first child with her partner, Neil Goldsmith.

And on Monday, the 34-year-old gave fans a brutally honest glimpse into her pregnancy journey so far.

She posted a photo to Instagram of herself dressed in activewear while showing off her bump, alongside a lengthy caption.

The brunette revealed she now has to wear a pelvic support band because of PGP (pelvic girdle pain) and struggles to walk or sit for long without experiencing pain.

‘Oh and did I mention that I wee 30 times a day, and am uncomfortable and exhausted 24/7? And the list goes on,’ she added.

Carly, who is based in Melbourne, said the ‘toughest part’ of her journey has been not seeing her family in South Australia due to the pandemic.

Despite this, the mother-to-be said she ‘counts her blessings every day’.

‘I’ve definitely been lucky compared to some, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat for our boy,’ she said.
