Christina Anstead has pondered what a crazy year she has had as she split from husband of two years Ant Anstead.
On Monday the siren shared an image where she was sipping wine as well as a video of her beachfront home.
‘2020 definitely is not at all what I imagined it to be – not even close- but I also think there are soooo many lessons in all of this madness,’ began the Flip Or Flop star. ‘I’ve been finding time to get to know myself more in the quiet.’

She then added: ‘It can be isolating but it’s also helped me begin to heal and get less uncomfortable in “the void”.
‘What I’m finding too is a lot of us have so much but aren’t truly fulfilled… I’ve felt this way too and while I want to slap myself sometimes for being so ungrateful it’s true and we can’t deny truth.’
Christina, who wore a blue summer dress with beaded bracelets on her wrists, then shared: ‘If you feel this way too why do you think this is?? A project I’m working on next year is going to be exploring this much deeper.

The star then closed with: ‘We all have the choice… choose the one that makes you feel good. I’ve always loved the ocean and find it relaxing – To me- this is peace and perfection ♥️.’
With the comments came a video of dolphins swimming in the ocean; the clip was taken from the boat she purchased after ending her marriage to Ant.

In late September the pair announced they were over.
‘Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate,’ she said on Instagram.
‘We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future.’
The TV stars tied the knot in December 2018 in Newport Beach, California.

The next year they welcomed a son Hudson London Anstead.
In 2016 she split from husband Tarek El Moussa after seven years of marriage. They shared two children Taylor, aged nine, and Brayden, aged five.
Meanwhile, 41-year-old Ant has said he is has been in recovery.

The image also contained a slogan which proclaimed, ‘In 5 weeks move from hurting > healing > thriving’.
‘I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it’s been a lifeline for me!’ the British-born father-of-three wrote at the bottom of the post.

The Wheeler Dealers star wrote: ‘Anyone who really knows me knows that I don’t like to share private matters publicly. I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness.’

The share came mere hours after Christina posted a lengthy update on her life and moving on after a ‘curve ball.’
In that post, Christina opened up to her 1.4 million Instagram followers addressing her life post-separation and talking about a new direction she’s taking.
The star acknowledged her broken marriages as she said ‘I never thought I would have one divorce let alone two. I never thought I would have 2 baby daddies.’
Last month, Christina deleted photos of her wedding to Ant from her Instagram page, though she kept other photos of the two, including the birth announcement for their one-year-old son Hudson.
The sudden announcement of Ant and Christina’s split comes after he was recently able to fly home to be with his older children after a months-long delay due to the coronavirus pandemic.
