She’s the star of the ABC sitcom Black-ish.

But Tracee Ellis Ross is also known for her eclectic sense of style. 

On Sunday, the actress, 48, opted for a tailored brown power suit as she attended the 2020 People’s Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California.

Ross’ chosen outfit comprised a double-breasted jacket with gold buttons and front faux pockets.

The wide-leg pants had side splits and she added a pair of pointed toe matching color heels.

The daughter of Motown superstar Diana Ross wore her hair pulled back from her face in a very long single braid.

Ross completed her look with large statement gold earrings and a splash of scarlet red lip color and matching manicure.

The sitcom star was at the awards show to accept the E! People’s Choice Awards Fashion Icon Award.

She told E! that she considers fashion ‘a form of creative expression’ and shared that she has been influenced by her famous mother who is widely considered to be a style icon. 

Ross first established herself in Hollywood as the star of the UPN/CW comedy series Girlfriends which ran from 2000 to 2008.

In 2014, she was cast opposite Anthony Anderson in Black-ish which is now in its seventh season.
