SAS Australia stars Candice Warner and Firass Dirani enjoy a day out on a luxury boat

SAS Australia star Firass Dirani has been met with scorn from his co-stars on the reality show juggernaut.

But the 36-year-old proved he’s firm friends with Candice Warner, 35, as the pair met up to film a segment for Sunrise on Monday.

Far from the abysmal conditions of the grim camp, Candice and Firass looked like old friends as they joked around with each other.

United front! SAS Australia’s Candice Warner, 35, (R) and Firass Dirani, 36, (L) appeared to be firm friends as they filmed a segment for Sunrise on Sydney Harbour on Monday

The pair took a boat ride on Sydney Harbour alongside Sunrise weatherman Sam Mac and Home and Away’s Sarah Roberts and Ethan Browne.

Candice looked high-glam with her clad in a graphic canary yellow mini-dress which flaunted her trim pins.

She finished the look with a small Lady Dior handbag, which she carried by the top handles, and strappy black heels.

The former ironwoman opted for a glossy makeup look for the outing wearing a light bronzer and dark eye makeup.

Meanwhile, cheeky Firass kept his look casual cool by wearing a pale blue long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a pair of chunky runners.

He finished his look with a pair of semi-transparent sunglasses.

Also on the boat was Home and Away star Sarah Roberts and co-star Ethan Browne.

The actress wore a blue-and-white floral jumpsuit for the outing which she paired with a tan-hued tote bag and a pair of heels.

Sarah had her raven locks out, down past her shoulders.

During last week’s episode of SAS Australia, Firass once again found himself in hot water.

During a ‘mission’, Candice was ‘kidnapped’ and Firass took it upon himself to desert his team and try and rescue her single-handedly.

After arriving back at base camp, Firass armed himself with a metal rod and went running into the sleeping quarters to free Candice from her captors.

His reckless actions left the show’s DS (directing staff) furious, especially after he poked Ollie Ollerton with the metal rod.

‘Oi! Get that the f**k away from me, you f**king d**khead!’ shouted Ollie.

‘Give me the f**king pole, p***k. What are you doing?’ asked Jason Fox.

Firass explained that he’d come back to save Candice, leaving the DS stunned as they asked where the other recruits were.

‘Right, next time you do something f**king heroic like that, I’d suggest you f**king bring at least two of you. And don’t bring a f**king five-foot picket to a gun fight,’ added Jason.

Firass has put his teammates and fans offside with his often belligerent actions on the reality TV show.

Speaking to The Kyle and Jackie O Show last week, Merrick Watts said the cast pleaded with the directing staff (DS) to intervene or remove Firass.

‘There is no real room for somebody to not play the team game, you need to look after people… Firass is very selfish, he is very self-involved and that started to effect the group,’ the comedian explained.

Merrick said after a mutual consensus, the remaining recruits decided to express their fury over the actor’s behaviour to the DS.

‘As duty recruit I had to go, everyone wanted to go and approach the DS to chat about Firass and we had an open chat with him and he was better after that,’ he said.

Meanwhile on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa, Merrick explained how the entire cast were in complete disbelief when Firass went missing during the team task.

‘We literally stopped and went “no, this is a setup!” The group had decided we needed to talk to DS about Firass and the fact that we thought he was putting us all in jeopardy,’ he explained.

Merrick said it was a ‘full on’ and ‘confronting’ ultimatum put to Firass when they asked for him to be removed from the course.
