Tommy’s second round victory meant he has extended his unbeaten professional record to four wins following the contest.

The half-brother of heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury showed off his skills in impressive video footage from the match, where he landed a right upper-cut and skilfully knocked out his opponent with a four combination punch.

In the video, the commentator was heard saying: ‘Right uppercut, put him away. And he ain’t getting up from that.’

Following the fight, Tommy said: ‘At the end of the day I just needed to ease into it as I’ve been out of it a year. I started putting shots together and felt comfortable.

‘I’ve had no amateur experience and I’m learning on the job. It’s a long road, but we are going to get there.’

It was the first time that the boxer has fought in almost a year, after he beat Przemyslaw Binienda in the first round last December.

But Tommy is not showing signs of taking another year-long time-out after his latest win, as he insists he intends to jump back into the ring as soon as he can.
