Reese Witherspoon is excited to be working on season two of The Morning Show.

The 44-year-old actress posted a photo to her Instagram account on Thursday from the set of the Apple TV+ drama series; she was holding a coffee mug with the words ‘wakey wakey’ printed across its side, alluding to the title of the show.

Witherspoon, who plays Bradley Jackson in the series, has been seen often on set but here still has been no sign of her co-star Jennifer Aniston.

Reese was seen wearing a plaid sweater over a denim button-up shirt, fringe-bottom jeans, and a set of white tennis shoes, complemented by a pair of black sunglasses.  The Walk The Line actress’ caption for the photo read, ‘Wakey Wakey. It’s back to work!’

Witherspoon portrays Bradley, a field reporter who is promoted to a higher position within the show’s fictional news network.

While the Primetime Emmy Award-winning actress seemed to be enthusiastic about the show’s upcoming second season, the actress’ co-star Aniston has not yet been seen on set.

Aniston, who plays senior reporter Alex Levy, has not been seen around any of the filming locations and has been silent about the new season of the show, tentatively set to debut in 2021.
