Australian singer Tina Arena has quietly put her Toorak mansion on the market, after claims she’s ‘planning to go back to France’ with her partner Vincent Mancini and son Gabriel.

According to Realestate.com, the 53-year-old is hoping to get $7million for the stunning five bedroom, four bathroom Victorian home.

Property records show that Tina bought the property in 2017 for $5.7million, a few months before she sold her former Fitzroy house.

Originally designed by architect Marcus Martin, the Toorak property was renovated by Wayne Gillespie before Tina purchased the home.

The 838sqm property boasts a sunny backyard terrace with a large pool and lush gardens.

Those who enjoying entertaining are sure to be impressed by the open-plan kitchen featuring granite bench tops and a large butler’s pantry.

The upstairs master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite and it opens up to a terrace overlooking the pool.

Of course, a major drawcard for families is the property’s close proximity to elite school St Kevin’s College.

The decision to put the house on the market comes after claims the singer plans to relocate to France, where she has lived for extended periods of time in the past.

RT Edgar’s Jeremy Fox, told the publication that Tina was ‘planning to go back to France’ with her partner Vincent Mancini and son Gabriel after the sale.

Jeremy is also confident that the property won’t be on the market for long.

‘The market is starved of quality property,’ he said. ‘And with all the money the government is pumping into the economy, that’s got to be good for real estate.’
