Hamish Blake wants Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon on celebrity Lego Masters

Hamish Blake hints a celebrity edition of Lego Masters is in the works as he asks Today hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon to join the show

Channel Nine’s hit show Lego Masters has seen ordinary Australians build and create extraordinary things.

And on Tuesday, host Hamish Blake hinted at the possibility of a celebrity edition on the Today show and even tried to recruit hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon.

As the show’s judge Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught promoted his new book of Lego family challenges on the breakfast show, he said: ‘We are kind of hoping they can come on celebrity Lego Masters.’

‘I think you guys would be an amazing team,’ the comedian insisted.

Karl joked that they would either join Lego Masters or The Block, but Allison chose to decline, saying: ‘Do you have any idea how useless we are at most things?’

Toward the end of the chat, Karl suggested that the book would be a good birthday present.

Ally joked: ‘Birthday present? When is your birthday? Am I meant to know when your birthday is?’

Karl quipped right back, joking that she was being ‘really nasty’.

Hamish intervened, again hinting at the idea of celebrity Lego Masters, saying: ‘You have to get it together before you enter the show. We want to see more team unity.’

‘We have been hearing that a lot this year,’ Karl joked about the duo on the breakfast morning show.
