Married At First Sight’s Cathy Evans confirms she’s still dating boyfriend Richard

She sent fans into meltdown in August after debuting her new boyfriend Richard on Instagram.

But when Married At First Sight’s Cathy Evans, 27, failed to upload another photo of her beau in the months that followed, fans were understandably concerned.

Now, three months later, Cathy has finally uploaded d a second photo of her mysterious lover via Instagram, confirming that all is well in her love life.   

In the photo, a grinning Cathy posed arm-in-arm her dark-haired beau as they stood next to a blue van. 

While Cathy’s face could clearly be seen in the image, her boyfriend kept his hidden behind a pair of sunglasses.  

‘Celebrating love with my love,’ Cathy cooed in the caption, adding a house emoji.  

Cathy debuted her beau on Instagram in August when she uploaded a fan’s illustration of the couple. 

In the caption, she explained why she wouldn’t be sharing many photos of Richard in future. 

‘It’s a special day today. My boyfriend’s birthday, and I don’t share him on Insta purely because I like to keep my love life private,’ she told her 181,000 followers. 

‘People wanna ruin a good thing and I don’t want that for us. Plus he’s a private man and I respect his wishes. But for once, I’ll post of us. I love you so much.’  

Cathy revealed that the unique image was made by T & D Collective.

The reality star met police officer Richard shortly after filming Nine’s social experiment, but this marks the first time she has shared a photo of him on Instagram.

‘I think I fell in love with every aspect of Ritchie’s being – he is so supportive and believes in me, and that makes me so excited,’ she told NW magazine in May. 

‘We see a future together and are already thinking about what suburb we would buy or build a house in. And kids will happen. No dates yet, but stand by!’
