She sleeked her signature blonde locks off her face in a high ponytail and accessorised with a number of silver bracelets and rings.
The singer looked beautiful as she kept her make-up simple with winged eyeliner and lipgloss.
Zara said she hoped her fans can feel the ‘energy coming through the screen’ during her performance which she pre-recorded.

She said: ‘I feel really, really excited for the world to see what we did, it was a while ago that I performed live so to be back on stage and still feel that performance energy was so exciting for me.’
She added: ‘We really brought out the dance, there was a whole lot of dancing this year which was super fun cos I love to sing but I also love to dance and I want my performance to be a full on little show.
‘I still wanted to keep a live feeling to it but you play the camera more, you look more into the camera because that is where your audience is at, on their sofas at home, but it really did have a live feeling, it could have been a number from one of my shows and I really enjoy that.

‘It has such a high energy to it and you can just go off with it and I hope they can feel that energy even though they are not physically there in the room, I hope that energy comes through the screen. I think it will.’
Larsson said she believes live events and celebrations of music are still important during the pandemic and added: ‘I think people still need entertainment always, in any situation, in life, even at war times, people still want to laugh.
‘They want to have a little bit of escapism, they want to have a sense of a normal life in a way and I think this event works out really well even though the pandemic is going on around the world, people can still really enjoy it.’

She added: ‘You can still enjoy a really good show but we are just not sharing the stage, but we are sharing the screen for the viewers who are watching this and I think they can get an amazing show out of it.

This year’s ceremony was hosted by Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Liegh-Anne Pinnock.

The singer was also absent from the final of the group’s talent show Little Mix: The Search which aired on Saturday.
The trio opened the show by performing their single Secret Love Song in demure brown gowns, while their absent bandmate Jesy ‘rooted from home’.
The Search host Chris Ramsey addressed fellow artist Jesy’s absence as he said: ‘Jesy will not be joining us tonight, but she’s rooting for the contestants from home’.

Lady Gaga received the most nominations this year with seven nods, including Best Artist, Best Pop, and Best Video for her duet with Ariana Grande, Rain On Me, which also secured a position in the Best Song and Best Collaboration categories.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber, 26, and pop group BTS followed behind Gaga with five nominations a piece.
Justin was nominated for Biggest Fans, Best Artist, Best Collaboration, Best New and Best Pop.
BTS received nominations in the Best Artist, Biggest Fans, Best Pop, Best Group and Best Virtual Live categories.

Other nominees included Little Mix, Katy Perry, Drake and Nicki Minaj for her WAP video with Megan Thee Stallion.
The nominations include three new categories: Best Latin, Video for Good and Best Virtual Live.
The MTV EMAs comes just a few days after both Gaga and Bieber secured nominations in the E! People’s Choice Award.

Several new music awards were added this year like The New Artist of 2020, The Collaboration Song of 2020 and The Soundtrack Song of 2020.
In the film categories, Birds of Prey, Hamilton and Bad Boys for Life each nabbed five nominations, making it a three-way tie for the most nominated movie.
