Jodi Gordon dotes on six-year-old daughter Aleeia in Sydney

She’s best known for playing Elly Conway on Channel Ten soap Neighbours.

But Jodi Gordon, 35, perfected her best role yet as a doting mother to daughter Aleeia, as they enjoyed a day out in Sydney on Sunday.

In a series of photos shared to Instagram, the actress treated the six-year-old to gourmet pizza at a restaurant after soaking up the sun at a local park.

‘The best friend anyone could ask for,’ Jodi sweetly captioned three photos of the mother and daughter duo nestling in close on the back seat of a vehicle. 

Jodi cut a chic figure in a black ensemble and showed off a radiant complexion, while Aleeia looked cute in a floral dress and planted a kiss on her mother’s cheek. 

The former Channel Ten star wasn’t shy in treating her daughter to a fun day out, sharing a photo to Instagram Stories of Aleeia beaming in front of a gourmet pizza. 

Jodi also posted a sweet video of Aleeia performing cartwheels in a park, with the youngster no doubt enjoying Sydney’s sunny weather. 

The doting mother shares Aleeia with her ex-husband, retired NRL star Braith Anasta, who she married in 2012 and divorced in 2015. 

Braith, 38, is now engaged to personal trainer Rachael Lee, and they share two-year-old daughter Gigi.

Rachael also shares 10-year-old son Addison from a previous relationship. 

Jodi’s last known relationship was with a Swiss lawyer named Cedric, however it’s believed they went their separate ways in August after a six-month romance. 

A close friend told Daily Mail Australia at the time that they ‘still remain good friends’.
