Former AFLW star Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom are expecting their first child together.
And on Friday, Isabella showed off her baby bump at 38 weeks pregnant, in a short clip shared to her Instagram Stories.
The 27-year-old model posed inside their home in just a crop top and briefs, looking positively glowing as she cradled her growing tummy.

In the video, Moana ran one hand over her stomach, admiring her bump from all angles.
She simply captioned the clip ’38 weeks’, no doubt excitedly awaiting her child’s arrival.
It comes after Moana, 32, penned a sweet tribute to Isabella in September, expressing her excitement at becoming a mother.

She shared a photo to Instagram of the pair locking lips, as a colourful floral projection beamed on them, which was taken during their Japan trip in January.
‘Completely and utterly in love with you,’ Moana wrote in the caption.
‘@isabellasofiacarlstrom I can’t wait to share motherhood with you,’ she added, alongside the hashtags ‘my wife’, ‘our life’, and ‘always smiling’.

The couple married in August last year, 10 months after Isabella proposed. In May, they announced they were expecting their first child together through IVF.
Moana penned in an Instagram post at the time: ‘We are going to be MUMS. I don’t yet have the words to fully explain how happy we are.
‘It’s a dream come true for us and in November we get to meet our little person.’
