Jack Fincham’s ex Casey Ranger accuses star of taking financial advantage of their daughter

EXCLUSIVE: ‘He used our baby as a money-maker’: Jack Fincham’s ex Casey Ranger accuses star of taking financial advantage of their daughter, claims he doesn’t know her and says his name isn’t on the birth certificate

They welcomed their daughter Blossom on January 24 – and sadly split before they knew they were expecting her, vowing to remain friends and co-parent.

But in an interview with MailOnline, NHS compliance officer Casey Ranger, 31, has accused Love Island star Jack Fincham, 26, of using their child as a ‘money-maker.’

Casey feels Jack has taken advantage of the situation in order to earn money from their baby who barely knows him because he hasn’t seen her for months – and says his name isn’t even on the birth certificate.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘He used our baby as a money-maker’: Jack Fincham’s ex Casey Ranger has accused the star of taking financial advantage of their daughter Blossom, 10 months and said he is not even on the birth certificate

She said: ‘Jack and I always agreed to split any monies earned from interviews about our daughter, so that the money could be put away for her future.

‘We did one joint interview together and agreed to share the fee, but I feel taken advantage of after only receiving £800 from a £4500 fee. He has denied any wrongdoing.

‘Then I found out that he also earned £2,500 for selling my name and two pictures to a newspaper a day after my daughter was born.

‘I gave him the pictures, but I did not know he was earning money for them. I believe he took advantage by earning money from my little girl when she was a day old.’

Casey said she no longer trusts Jack. She said: ‘He has always maintained he earned NOTHING off the back of me and Blossom which is completely untrue.

‘It’s totally immoral behaviour but what can you expect from someone who sold his soul for fame. It’s an extremely toxic situation from Jack’s side and it completely drains my energy.

‘It’s not about the money because if it was I would have sold my own stories when I was pregnant but I chose to keep my pregnancy private.’

She continued: ‘What he has done breaks my heart for my daughter because it’s very clear he used her from the moment she was born as a money-maker and a prop to gain media coverage and likes on Instagram.’

Casey also said: 'Then I found out that he also earned £2,500 for selling my name and two pictures to a newspaper a day after my daughter was born' - Casey provided Jack with the pictures, but claims she didn't know he was earning a fee

‘Jack didn’t see our child for four months but acts like he’s around by sharing old pictures of her. Blossom doesn’t know Jack.

‘My daughter’s name is Blossom Ranger, she was never registered as Fincham. He’s not even on the birth certificate because he wouldn’t co-operate and he wasn’t bothered.’

Casey said: ‘I live a very private life with my daughter as a single mum.

‘I haven’t felt the need to talk to the press but now I’m living my life waiting for the next incorrect story to come out from Jack and I shouldn’t have to live like this.

‘Jack has tried to bring me down to try and make himself look better – everything he does is for the public eye, but I also have a voice and I will not keep quiet any longer.’

Casey said: ‘I’m not afraid to speak up against this person any more. He needs to stop speaking about Blossom in interviews because he doesn’t deserve to mention her name.

‘Jack and I were supposed to be doing a TV show together focused on co-parenting.

‘We’d already started filming but then we had this disagreement so I revoked our status from the show and told them I was no longer participating.’

MailOnline has contacted Jack Fincham for comment.
