The Bachelorette’s Adrian Baena says he ‘experienced such a unique connection’ with Becky Miles

The Bachelorette’s runner-up Adrian Baena was left heartbroken when Becky Miles dumped him for Pete Mann.

And on Thursday, the 26-year-old spoke candidly about his ‘unique connection’ with Becky, 30, after the show’s finale aired.

‘Becky you are an amazing person thank you for being so honest and true to yourself. I’ve never experienced such a unique connection before,’ he wrote on Instagram.

‘Although I really thought I’d found my person, this heartbreak isn’t going to stop me from picking up the pieces and trying again,’ he said.

He went on to say: ‘To find love, you truly have to let yourself be vulnerable, let those walls down and give it your all.’

‘When you find love, it’s that special warm feeling that makes life have meaning and I can’t wait to feel it again!!!’

During Thursday night’s finale of The Bachelorette, Adrian was left heartbroken after Becky dumped him for Pete Mann.

The 26-year-old was devastated when Becky, 30, told him she had fallen in love with somebody else.

‘You ignite something in me that I really want. But at the same time, I think my gut is telling me to go with someone else. I’m really sorry,’ Becky admitted breaking down in tears.

A shocked Adrian said: ‘Oh, man. I wasn’t expecting that. I can’t believe that. Oh! For me, the feeling was just undeniable. But you’ve gotta trust that gut instinct.’

‘Honestly I’ve enjoyed every moment of this experience with you. You’re amazing and I truly just want what’s best for you. And so, you know, I know it might seem hard now, but don’t feel bad,’ he added.

After saying goodbye to Becky, a frustrated Adrian claimed ‘it’s bulls**t’ and admitted he thought he had won her heart.

‘It’s bulls**t. I just got my hopes up so much, you know, thinking, “Well, this is it!”. You saw how confident I was. I mean, like, the most confident person in the world,’ he told producers.
