RHOC’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke reveals husband Sean has moved back into their home

Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her husband of 20 years, Sean Burke, split earlier this year.

Sean even moved out of the Newport Beach home he shared with the 42-year-old native.

But on Thursday the blonde beauty announced on social media that her spouse has moved back into their house and things are ‘working well’ which makes her ‘happy.’

A reunion: Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her husband of 20 years, Sean Burke, are living together again

The pair were seen side by side and smiling in the glowing Instagram post.

‘Thank you @seanwindhamburke for being by my side these past few crazy months,’ said the reality TV star who wore a tank top that said On Wednesdays We Smash The Patriarchy. She added a long skirt and heels.

She continued, ‘We might be doing things our own way, but it’s working and it’s working well. So happy to have you back home.’

Her hashtags were for life partners, modern marriage and renegotiating.

The two had been living separately for a while but the entire time they were working on their marriage.

In late October she told ET: ‘I love him dearly. We haven’t gotten along this well in a long time. We’re redefining what marriage means to us. Not following the old, antiquated rules anymore.

Back to happy: 'We might be doing things our own way, but it’s working and it’s working well. So happy to have you back home,' she said

‘We’re finding a new normal. We’re renegotiating the terms of the contract when it comes to our marriage, for sure,’ said the Bravo star.

‘We are [and] we will be married forever. We have 100 percent faith we are going to raise our kids and grandkids together.

‘That being said, do we have to fall into the social norms that everyone else does? No. We’re doing it our own way. Like I said, [it’s a] modern marriage.’

Also in October she told Access Hollywood that she was exploring her sexuality and was sober after sharing on RHOC this season that she was an alcoholic.

‘There’s definitely parts of me that I squelched with alcohol and I never really admitted to myself,’ she told Access Hollywood.

‘I grew up in a different time than my kids are, and so I’m just giving myself the time and the grace to figure out who I am, to be as authentic as I can to myself.’

She broke the news on an earlier episode of RHOC that she and her husband were living apart.

Zima asked Windham-Burke, ‘Is any man living in this home right now?’ to which she replied, ‘No.’

Zima then asked the blonde, ‘Your husband’s not living here right now?’

Windham-Burke, who first exchanged vows with Burke in 2000, and has separated from him in the past, said, ‘No, he’s not. He’s not living here right now.’

She continued: ‘Love him dearly, we haven’t gotten along this well in a long time. We’re redefining what marriage means to us. Not following the old, antiquated rules anymore,’ adding that things between them were ‘so good.’

Modern family: She said earlier this year that she and her spouse are ‘redefining what marriage means to us’

Zima asked Windham-Burke about her past talk of an open marriage that welcomed ‘hot girls’ into their company.

‘I will say this, there’s no other men in my life,’ Windham-Burke told Zima.

There has been recent chatter that Windham-Burke’s marriage is in crisis, as her daughter Rowan last month raised eyebrows when she wrote ‘F***. You. Mom’ in an Instagram post in late September. She subsequently took to Instagram Stories to acknowledge the ‘challenging circumstances’ of her family life.

She wrote ’45 million Americans will experience mental health issues.

‘This [affects] almost every family, and ours is no different. We will share with you more when the time is right. We kindly ask for your grace and kindness, and thank everyone for their support.’

She subsequently took to Instagram earlier this month with a shot of herself and Burke looking happy vacationing at a resort in Puerto Rico, and on Sunday, posted a shot of herself and Burke dressed up in New York.

Braunwyn appears on the 15th season of the Bravo show with castmates Shannon Storms Beador, Kelly Dodd, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson and newcomer Elizabeth Lyn Vargas.

She hinted to ET about issues with her castmates, as she said that she’s ‘currently not speaking to anyone’ in the cast, adding, ‘I think when you go through a change like this, it’s uncomfortable for people.’

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Wednesdays on Bravo at 9/8c.
