Ashton Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis have listed their Beverly Hills mansion for rent after struggling to sell the property, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The huge 7,351 square feet home, which has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, was first listed for sale in May for $13.995 million.
But sources say there have been no takers for the stunning home, even after the couple dropped the price to $12.25 million.

The property is now available for sale and for lease at an eye-watering $55,000 a month.
Real estate sources have told DailyMail.com that the lease price is expected to be reduced to $49,000 a month, however.
One source said: ‘When the house didn’t sell immediately Ashton and Mila signed off on a price reduction not long after and also it was decided to put it on the leasing market to keep their options open.
‘It’s still available for sale but if they get a good lease offer then they’ll take it, but they’re still keen to sell.
‘It’s a beautiful home for a family and it’s well situated in a very exclusive enclave of Beverly Hills.’

Ashton and Mila originally purchased the home – the first the actors bought together as a couple – in 2014 for $10.2 million.
The purchase came just five months before they welcomed their first child, daughter Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, now six.
The movie stars, who were engaged in February 2014 and married July 2015, welcomed son Dimitri Portwood Kutcher, now three, in November 2016.
The home is located in the mountains above Beverly Hills in Coldwater Canyon, in an area called Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO).
The exclusive neighborhood, Hidden Valley, is a guard-gated community with fellow mega-stars like Adele, Katy Perry, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban and Jennifer Lawrence as neighbors.
Ashton and Mila and their two children spent most of the coronavirus lockdown in Carpinteria, a town in Santa Barbara County; in a $10 million oceanfront mansion they bought as a second home in 2017.
But it’s understood the family is now back in LA.
Mila, 37, and Ashton, 42, are currently in the midst of building a custom home in the Beverly Hills Post Office region.
The three-story house they’re selling, listed by real estate agents Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, is an East Coast traditional home that was built in 1999.
