P.E. Nation founder Pip Edwards is known for commitment to Pilates.

And the 40-year-old fashion designer proved her consistency was paying off on Tuesday when she hit the studio for a sweat session.

The streetwear queen was clad in her own chic activewear label, and flaunted her midriff while performing a number of twists and turns.

In footage shared to Instagram, Pip was seen on the Pilates bars while attempting the difficult candlestick move.

The move involved her stretching out on the bar equipment, before lifting her legs up parallel to her body.

‘Working my way to do the candlestick,’ she captioned the clip.

She is a huge fan of the dynamic Pilates workout championed by Sydney-based instructor Kirsten King known as Fluidform Pilates.

A typical Fluidform workout involves tiny movements and ‘isometric holds’, which involve holding one’s body in a halfway point of exercise for 45 seconds in order to hone the smaller muscles.

Typically, Pip will practise Pilates targeted at the legs, glutes, abs, arms and chest several times a week.

She has previously said that three-times-weekly Pilates sessions are keeping her ‘sane and sweaty’ during the coronavirus pandemic.

‘It’s been super challenging doing it solo from home, so to all of you out there, don’t be hard on yourself,’ she wrote recently.

It comes after Pip and her boyfriend, Michael Clarke, recently attended their first official outing together at the Everest Cup Racing Carnival in Sydney.

They were first romantically linked after Michael and announced their split from wife Kyly back in February.

The pair confirmed their relationship in July when they went on holiday in Noosa.
