‘A little personal note to anyone on here who may be following me from when I was on a reality TV show. I just want to express how dangerous the nature of mainstream reality TV is..

‘The affects it can have on human being, to me it felt like I made a decision at a very young age resulting in what feels like identity theft.

‘Finding my way home has and is taking longer than I expected. I never imagined the repercussions of this choice of mine but here I am faced with a dilemma and to me a trauma.

‘We all made mistakes in life this feels like mine if you are following me for the wrong reasons and support reality TV please unfollow me.

‘We need to come together and cancel reality TV.. People have died I believe it is a very serious matter please respect me like I respect you. I really really encourage you to erase watching/ supporting these programmes.

‘These big company’s are slowly but surely destroying these people’s lives and mental health for your entertainment. Really really think about this, life is so precious.

The television personality was one of Made In Chelsea’s central characters between 2015 and 2017, which saw her locked in a love triangle with show lothario Alex Mytton and his then-girlfriend Nicola Hughes.

Since bowing out of the E4 series, Jess has been focusing on her fashion career.

Announcing her decision to quit the show that propelled her to fame, Jess said: ‘I’m not filming for it [the new season].

‘It’s been fantastic and has given me the platform I’ve always wanted, but now I’m focusing on my fashion brand.

‘The door’s always open, but I’m taking this time to focus on myself.’

Jess’ former co-star, The Hills cast member Stephanie Pratt, later expanded on her decision to quit the show, saying: ‘I think Made In Chelsea didn’t make Jess happy.

‘She was definitely the type of person that had rage and regret, so it was harder when it [the show] would come out months later.

‘She just wasn’t happy on the show.’
