She was pushed to her limit both physically and mentally on SAS Australia.

So it’s no surprise Shayna Jack, 21, decided to pamper herself with a trip to the nail salon in Brisbane on Sunday.

The swimmer, who sensationally quit SAS Australia on Monday night’s episode, appeared relaxed as she sat in a massage chair while receiving a well-deserved pedicure.

She completed her look with a sporty wrist watch and stud earrings, while throwing her make up into a messy top-knot.

Shayna’s outing came hours before her departure from SAS Australia aired on Monday night’s episode.

The reality star sensationally quit the program after being pushed to her physical limits during a crawling challenge on the beach.

‘I’m done. I can’t do this s**t! I’m done, I’m sorry,’ she told Chief Instructor Ant Middleton before ripping off her armband and leaving the beach.

Earlier in the episode, Shayna was subjected to a tense interrogation about her four-year ban from swimming, after testing positive for the drug Ligandrol in June last year.

Shayna broke down in tears as she professed her innocence, telling the interrogators: ‘I’m just… like, my whole life, I’ve been an honest athlete.’

‘Like, the purpose of my swimming was that I could impact somebody else’s life and be a role model to them, because that’s how I fell in love with the sport,’ she lamented.

Shayna revealed the ordeal has been a ‘living nightmare’, but that she wouldn’t let the difficult ordeal break her spirit.
