Stacey Solomon tells trolls to ‘rage away’ as she shares clip of toddler son Rex climbing on a table

She’s always been open about motherhood and her family life.

And Stacey Solomon spoke directly to internet trolls on Friday, telling them to ‘rage away’ as she shared a new clip of toddler son Rex to Instagram.

The Loose Women panelist, 31, was seen chatting about her new IKEA lampshades in the short video while her cheeky 16-month-old climbed onto their table.

‘Rage away!’: Stacey Solomon defiantly shared a clip of her toddler son rex climbing on a table on Friday despite first hesitating incase she was branded a ‘rubbish mum’

Stacey wrote: ‘I wasn’t going to post this because I just thought “omg the trolls will be out in full force to tell me I’m a rubbish mum”.

‘So I recorded a different one and then thought “NO. Just NO.” If you have a toddler and they’re not climbing on everything and giving you regular mini heart attacks then you don’t have a toddler.

‘There’s just no point being on here and pretending everything is perfect. So rage away Susan, rage away.’

In the video Stacey is heard sharing her excitement over the stylish lampshades but it’s her adorable youngest son Rex who steals the spotlight.

Rex manages to clamber from his seat on a dining chair onto the table, and seems to be pleased with his efforts as he starts to smile as the video ends.

Stacey soon stopped her lampshade chat and joked: ‘Oh my god, don’t look now’ as she noticed the youngster making moves.

Earlier in the day mother-of-three Stacey also took to Instagram to share a cute snap of Rex in his brown outfit while standing on another chair.

She wrote: ‘All dressed and ready for the day. He’s such a little climber! His little outfit is from a business called @rowan_and_me’

It comes after Joe Swash blamed Covid-19 for delaying his marriage proposal to Stacey, but says she already has their wedding ‘planned in her head.’

The former EastEnders star, 38, was considering getting down on one knee before lockdown but now wants to wait until normal life resumes.

And Joe predicts he’ll have barely any involvement in planning the big day as the Loose Women panellist will take on all the organisation herself.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Joe says: ‘It will come in time.

‘We’ve had so many things we need to deal with, the kids, lockdown – I will get round to it eventually. This has just reminded me.

‘Stacey has the wedding all planned in her head – I’m not going to have a say in any of it.

‘Before you know it will be organised and Stacey will make it beautiful, and I’m fine with her taking it all on. A happy wife means a happy life.’

The actor has been dating Stacey, 31, since 2015 after meeting on the set of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! spin-off show, which Joe presented between 2009 and 2018.

The couple, who are both previous winners of the ITV jungle series, had son Rex in May last year and Joe is stepfather to Stacey’s two sons Zachary, 12 and Leighton, eight, while the former X Factor star is stepmother to his son Harry, 13.

Since getting together the pair have amassed huge followings on their social media accounts by giving fans a glimpse of their hectic everyday lives.

And their popularity has sparked interest from TV bosses eager to give them their own reality show.

But Joe says an Osbournes’ style fly-on-the-wall series is unlikely as the pair are targeting a co-hosting stint on ITV juggernaut This Morning, following in the footsteps of other real-life presenting couples Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan and current presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

He says: ‘This Morning would be perfect for us. It’s a huge show and would be a great learning curve.

‘We’d be a mixture between Phil and Holly when they get the giggles and Eamonn and Ruth when she gets the hump with him. You’d be watching rows and all sorts.’
