Tis the season to be Dolly!

An angelic Dolly Parton stars in the first trailer for her upcoming holiday musical, Christmas on the Square, which was released by Netflix on Thursday.

The 74-year-old icon crafted 14 new songs for the movie musical which is a modern day retelling of the story of Scrooge and is directed by famed choreographer Debbie Allen.

‘There’s a new Scrooge in town’ and she’s here to ruin Christmas in the small town of Fullerville- that is until Angel comes down from the heavens to remind her what it is to be happy.

Christmas in the Square stars Dolly Parton as the rhinestone clad Angel and Christine Baranski as the Ebeneezer Scrooge-esque character, Regina Fuller.  

‘Who are you?’ a shocked Baranski says at the beginning of the trailer when Dolly appears, decked out in head-to-toe white sparkles.

‘Well, Angel,’ Dolly quips back in all of her ethereal glory.
