This is not the actor’s first run in with the law.

Back in 2014, he was arrested for disturbing a Broadway performance of Cabaret and was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.

LaBeouf was arrested  again in 2017 for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, which resulted in his sentencing to court-mandated rehabilitation and anger management.

Since then the actor has seemed to turn his life around, even thanking the arresting police officer in 2019 for ‘changing his life.’
