As they prepared for another gruelling task, chief instructor Ant Middleton asked the celebrity recruits if they’d heard the phrase ‘loose lips sink ships’.

He then singled out the 37-year-old actor, and referred to an incident earlier on when Firass jeeringly said he’d hoped they be running.

‘Shut the f**k up for two seconds. He hopes that you’re all running this afternoon,’ Ant told the other recruits, after Firass tried to explain himself.

Ant then directed the others to all run a series of sprints as punishment, but ordered Firass to stand back and watch.

As each recruit passed Firass on their laps, they were instructed to thank him, as he stood silently with a guilty expression on his face.

Snatching his flask off him, Ant told Firass the water was strictly for drinking, before ordering him to wash off in the river.

‘Do not f**king waste drinking water to f**king clean yourself!’ the furious instructor yelled, before throwing the flask at Firass.

He added: ‘Don’t waste the good water. That whole water bottle can last you 24 hours in a war zone… Start switching on! You can go through this course and be the course clown or you can turn it around right now.’
