Shawn Mendes set to open up in intimate new Netflix documentary In Wonder… ahead of his album release
Shawn Mendes lives in the spotlight.
But the Canadian crooner is ready to offer a more intimate look at his life, set to release a new Netflix documentary called In Wonder on November 23rd.
The film – which is set to premiere ahead of the December 4th release of his album Wonder – already earned buzz after being pegged as a special selection during September’s TIFF screenings.

Crafted by acclaimed music director Grant Singer – in what is his first feature length offering – it promises to be ‘a portrait of Mendes’ life, chronicling the past few years of his rise and journey.’
It will likely chronicle Mendes’ 2019 self-titled world tour, which took him through North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Mendes, manager Andrew Gertler, and Ben Winston will executive produce. Saul Germaine, p.g.a and James Haygood are credited as producers.
Last week Mendes fans were treated to the new single Wonder on Tuesday, the title track off of his upcoming fourth album.

Shawn also revealed he’d be collaborating with none other than Justin Bieber on a track from his new LP.
During an appearance on the Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp radio show last week, the In My Blood singer was asked if he turned a duet with the Biebs.
‘Is this you trying to get me to confirm that I have a collaboration with Justin Bieber?’ Shawn said.
‘If I turned one down, that would be insane, considering he’s been one of my favorite artists since I was like nine years old,’ he went on, all but confirming their collaboration.
Shawn all but confirmed he and Justin Bieber worked together on one of his new tracks. Fans previously wondered if their was tension between the duo, as Mendes was once linked to the Stuck With U singer’s now-wife Hailey. Shawn and Mrs. Bieber are seen at the 2018 Met Gala together
Prior to this fans speculated about tension between the pair. Shawn was once romantically linked to Hailey Bieber – née Baldwin.
The duo looked very cozy when they attended the 2018 Met Gala together, but publicly dismissed relationship rumors.
While fans are eager to hear Mendes’ new offerings, he recently revealed why her won’t ever give girlfriend Camila Cabello a private concert.
Speaking to The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday, the heart-throb said: ‘You definitely don’t just sing to your girlfriend, especially when your girlfriend is also a singer.’
