Elyse Knowles reveals how she hid her pregnancy from work colleagues 

Elyse Knowles announced that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Josh Barker last month. 

And in the early days of the pregnancy, the 28-year-old model had to hide her symptoms – which involved some serious morning sickness. 

She told The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday: ‘I definitely had a few work commitments where I would have to puke on the side without anyone knowing’. 

Elyse also told the paper that she battled morning sickness during her first trimester but is ‘feeling much better and alive now’.

The beauty told WHO magazine earlier this week:  ‘During those first 8 or so weeks I was so sick I couldn’t even walk to the bathroom without feeling as though I was seconds away from throwing up.’

‘The first trimester tested me big time! I was eating whatever I could simply to survive the nausea!’

Elyse also revealed her pregnancy cravings, which include bread, pasta,  chicken rolls, carbs and tomato sauce.    

Last week, Elyse showed off her growing baby bump in an Instagram Story post.   

‘Tapping out for the day,’ the blonde beauty captioned the relaxed image. 

Over that long weekend, Elyse also shared a photo of herself in a blue and white bikini top with a brown sarong wrapped around her lower waist.

She looked radiant and appeared to be wearing minimal makeup in her selfie as she rested on a lounge.  

Elyse revealed she was pregnant with her first child last month, writing in an Instagram post: ‘And then there were 3’. 

She added the hashtag ‘#babybarker’ alongside a gallery of images of the couple on holiday in the Northern Territory.
