Lachlan Gillespie’s fiancée Dana Stephensen shares photos from pregnancy after welcoming twins

The Purple Wiggle Lachlan ‘Lachy’ Gillespie and his fiancée Dana Stephensen left fans in shock after announcing they had secretly welcomed twins last month.

And the ballet dancer has delighted her Instagram followers by sharing some never-before-seen photos from her secret pregnancy.

’11 weeks pregnant with our beautiful twins, Lulu and Lottie, dancing around in my tummy,’ the 34-year-old looked radiant as she showed off her graceful moves in an image taken in March. 

Dana’s baby bump was not yet evident in her dimly-lit stage pic, which saw her elegantly standing on her toes.

The brunette discussed her career as a ballet dancer while also taking into consideration her pregnancy and impending motherhood.

She wrote: ‘As challenging as it was to physically get through, it was very special to have these moments on stage, knowing they would be my last for some time. It was an emotional night but a totally euphoric celebration too.’

In another image uploaded to her Instagram Stories, the beauty posed in a white leotard in her dressing room.

An arrow pointed to her stomach with the caption: ‘Teeny tiny Lulu and Lottie in there’.

In another picture, Dana’s fiancé Lachlan gives the camera a peace sign during a dinner date.

With delight evident on the singer’s face, Dana captioned the image: ‘The day we found out we were having twins’.

It has been a month since the pair revealed they had welcomed twin girls in an image shared to Instagram.

Lachlan wrote in the caption: ‘Oh Lulu and Lottie, your mummy and daddy love you with all we have – you are both so beautiful – and I would love to sing to you both forever’.

Neither Lachlan nor Dana gave any hint that they were expecting, and their social media accounts do not show many recent photos.

The couple went public with their relationship in October 2019 and announced their engagement in April.
