Eboni K. Williams is set to become the first ever black cast member of The Real Housewives Of New York City.

The 37-year-old attorney and television host will be joining the Bravo reality series for upcoming season 13 according to a Thursday morning report from TMZ.

Eboni said in a statement: ‘NYC is filled with successful and dynamic Black women. I’m excited to join this legendary franchise as the first Black housewife. Can’t wait to share a slice of life in this city that hasn’t been seen before.

The stunner – who is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina –  has plenty of television experience as she co-hosted FOX News Specialists which launched in May 2017 before leaving the Fox News Channel toward the end of 2018.

She is currently the host and executive producer of Revolt Black News as well as State Of The Culture on Diddy’s channel Revolt.

Eboni has also had several other hosting credits which included CBS News, NBA 2K, Fox Sports, and WABC Radio in New York City.

Before her time on television, the star earned her law degree at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

She had specialized in family law and civil litigation after receiving her Juris Doctor degree.

She also released a book titled Pretty Powerful: Appearance, Substance & Success in 2017.

Eboni’s casting comes after Tinsley Mortimer and Dorinda Medley saw their exits from the show.

Mortimer, 45, had left the series mid-season to move to Chicago with fiance Scott Kluth while Medley, 55, announced her plans to leave RHONY in August.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta as well as The Real Housewives Of Potomac historically feature all-black casts.

The only exception was RHOA’s Kim Zolciak-Biermann who left in 2012 for her own spino-ff called Don’t Be Tardy.

It had been previously reported that RHONY producers wanted to diversify the cast as TMZ reported that they also shot with Bershan Shaw but ultimately chose to go with Eboni as a full-time castmember.
