Elly Miles was left in shock as she discovered she had already dated contestant Joey on Wednesday’s premiere of The Bachelorette.
The blonde cheekily expressed that Joe had an ‘unfair advantage’ over the other men after her mouth dropped open in surprise when she saw him on the red carpet for the first time.
Later during the rose ceremony, Joey dropped the bombshell to the other men that he already knew Elly, which proceeded to cause massive drama and tension.

When the pair saw each other for the first time, Joey told her: ‘It’s a small world. You look incredible, by the way!’
Speaking to the camera, Elly noted: ‘So, I actually know Joe. Um… Yeah. We’ve had a little bit of history! He’s got a bit of an unfair advantage, old Joey!’
Elsewhere Joey explained: ‘We’ve been on a couple of dates and it probably wasn’t the right timing, but fate’s given me another opportunity to come back and have another go, so I want to, yeah, give this a red-hot crack’.

Later in the mansion, Joe raised several eyebrows after revealing he knew Elly from before the show.
He explained to the men that he lives with Elly’s friend Katie and that she regularly came over to their house for parties and events.
Speaking to the camera, Elly noted: ‘So, I actually know Joe. Um… Yeah. We’ve had a little bit of history! He’s got a bit of an unfair advantage, old Joey!’
‘We hung out a couple times’: Later in the mansion, Joe raised several eyebrows after revealing he knew Elly from before the show.
The men asked Joe whether they had dated, to which Joe cryptically responded: ‘We’ve hung out a couple of times. We went to lunch and stuff’.
Joe then drew the line when asked if they had previously kissed.
