The Block’s foreman Keith Schleiger lashes out at contestant Harry Pavlou

The Block’s foreman Keith Schleiger came to blows with contestant Harry Pavlou during a heated phone call on Tuesday’s episode.

Harry and daughter Tash were on their way to their Domain presentation when Keith called to inform them that their plumber had removed the storm water pipes.

‘Look, I’ve just had Marty the site plumber come and see me. He’s a bit grumpy,’ explained Keith, 49.

‘I’m not sure whether you’re aware, but your plumber’s actually pulled all the storm water system apart under the house.’

Harry, 57, seemed stunned by this news, as Keith explained that the storm water system had been installed before the teams even began work on The Block.

Keith said he was ‘quite annoyed’ and told Harry it was going to cost him and Tash ‘at least $2,000’ to repair it.

‘Now, regardless of this, Marty’s going to repair it himself. We’re not going to trust your plumber. You are going to get a bill of at least $2,000,’ he added.

A blindsided Harry then called his plumber, Cass, to find out what had happened, and he said he’d actually spoken to Marty before tampering with the pipes.

After hearing everything had been approved by Marty in advance, a furious Harry called Keith and told him he had no intention of picking up the $2,000 bill.

‘I don’t know why you’re telling me,’ Keith told Harry bluntly.

His blasé response only infuriated Harry even further, and the two men got into a row over the phone.

‘I don’t want to get charged anything if my plumber did the right thing and contacted Marty,’ Harry told him.

‘I don’t believe that, Harry, at all,’ interrupted Keith, with Tash, 32, later claiming he’d insinuated that Cass was ‘lying’.

But Harry said he wanted to have a conversation with Keith and Marty ‘in person’, prompting Keith to lash out.

‘Have you become the boss now, Harry?’ asked an enraged Keith.

Fighting words: Harry later said that Keith was 'dismissive' and had the attitude of 'his way or the highway'

‘No, I’m not becoming the boss. I’d like to have that conversation in person instead of being accused of something, which you’ve just done that. My plumber did the right thing and spoke to Marty,’ continued Harry.

‘I’m telling you, that’s how it’s going to be, mate,’ Keith told him, prompting a seething Harry to respond, ‘No, it’s not.’
